Is architect, construction manager and building manager. Graduated at Mendrisio Academy of Architecture in 2004. The same year he founded AMZ Studio di Architettura Sagl.
He collaborated with important architects in Ticino, developing a particular interest in the construction supervision. He obtained the CAS degree from Supsi as Director of Works in the field of construction and civil engineering. He has followed important projects of new buildings and renovations.
Graduated in CAS Building and Facility Management and CAS Reconstruction and real estate investment. Currently, in addition to the role of architect, he holds the position of building manager for two trustees and some private investors.

She holds important positions in the Board of Directors of several real estate companies in Ticino and abroad, in particular in Prague. She has a twenty years long experience in commercial and residential properties management. She coordinated the planning and carrying out of complete building renovation works in Switzerland and abroad, gaining an excellent experience in construction sites management.
In the previous seven years, she was accounting and administration management supervisor of a real estate private investor’s companies. During that time, she gained a solid experience in ordinary and extraordinary activities connected with tenants and joint ownership management, contracts and real estate management. She is a federal expert in finance and accounting; she is also completing her internship to obtain a degree as Real Estate and Commercial Fiduciary.
He has been partner of Barinvest SA since 1994, has gained a lot of substantial experience in auditing and advising to Swiss and international companies.
His solid expertise in accounting and controlling, in several business fields, allows him to support his clients providing them with a complete range of services and solutions. In particular, he deals with company conversion, tax consulting for both individuals and legal bodies. He is an experienced consultant also on property matters, in particular on issues connected with tenancy rights and condominium ownership.

He has more than thirty years of experience in consulting and property services.

From 2014 to 2018, he was responsible for the supervision of real estate funds’ risks at Swiss Life, a task that he performed again from November 2020 in Pure Funds AG in Zug.
He is a member of the Steering Committee of Svit, in the role of Secretary, responsible for [professional] development and for the magazine «Immobilia Svit Ticino».
He is co-author of the book: Il Condominio, published by Svit and Catef.
He is a member of the Canton Supervisory Authority on fiduciary experts.
